I have had my LW score goals almost every match yet his average point doesn`t increase. how does these players improve. someone please explain to me. he is just 23. Is that too old an age? | 16/02/2012 08:47 |

scoring goals has not relation to improvement in average, each player has a pre determined maximum avg he can gain and when he reaches it he said to be 'Peaked' then he will not gain any avg and even may loose it gradually and if he has not peaked you must schedule a training which will improve him, like shots on goal, dribbling for wingers | 16/02/2012 15:21 |
