i train midfield in both my senior and junior teams 6times a week with 1saves.i can accomodate 3 next season however i.ve got some very high prog juniors too.i.ve got an ldf/82+prog cf/82+prog rb/80+ cf/75+ and so on.i'll loan to managers with good coach and depending on your training.for me this is how i do it.ball control 2x,indepth passing 2x,sprint2x and saves1x(7days.4days for lim im rim and 6whole days for lm rm. | 26/02/2012 12:29 |
