My opinion is that you have very bad tactic! Your defensive players are almost at the corner line when your oponent players are attacking, so they have too much space. I beleive this is happening because you are playing max zone defence. Try to play man to man, think its better solution. The second problem is that your LB, RB, LM, RM... are placed to wide, so most of the time of the game they are standing alone near corner/throw in line and do nothing.
