Louie Lalang Username 104 msgs. Substitute	Hi! beginning of next year one of my most promising juniors will be 19, so i will have to promote him (otherwise his morale, forecast etc drop). If I temp promote him, will his motivation continue to be low, or will he behave like any other temp promoted junior? I am trying to figure out whether he can still benefit from the 2 temp promotions for next season before I promote him or whether it would be better to promote him right away.
