Hey everyone I was wondering how staff training works. Does it raise the member of staffs overall rating and if so by how much? Also, How many times can you temp promote a junior player? Is it unlimited or only a certain amount per season? |

Read the FAQ's in the forum. 1% for course, 2% for degree, you can only do it 5 times for each staff member. Don't bother unless you have 87%+ staff. twice per season for temp promote. |
