Looks like a mangled monkey head that's had hair glued onto it and then attached to the body of a bird of some type. Also, how is it staying up like that? If it's dead (which it very much appears to be) it's legs wouldn't be working (Science 101).  |

Nope they're definitely feet. That little "finger" that sticks out perpendicular to the "hand" is for balance. Ask any lizard See the way the top of "arm" goes backwards, before it comes forward? Look at the legs of any animal you can think of (specifically a bird) and you might discover similar qualities. You're right though I missed the snakes body the first time around. Honestly though that just makes it more ridiculous. And the blonde hair? hahahaha  Ever boil a chimps head? I reckon you'd discover something that looks like that things head after you did. I reckon I could find a special effects person around here that could knock something like that up in day.
