one of my CF is not training for some reason, and has a red arrow pointing down... his motivation is 105% what am i doing wrong ?? |

Unlucky.....It's a very rare case but it happens. He reached his forecast and it's now his time to decrease (like old players). You can still keep him but he won't get any better |
