First-team player
 My young players between 23-25yrs are droping average point, with 99%morale and fitness. Please why? 21/02/2012 07:42

MVP of the game
 Those players have reached their peak. They will no longer continue to develop into better players. Some players peak at a lower age depending on their forecasts and progressions. Best move would be to sell them and hunt for younger players or at least ones that are still going to develop into better players compared to where they are now. Sometimes this can mean going backwards and taking a lower avg player and training him up to become better than the one you currently have in your squad. Goodluck. 21/02/2012 08:38
