What is a competitive salary for a coach? I have a 84% coach for 252,000. I am in first for my board (Am looking to be promoted from my crap Div. 7 league...), but I've never had such a high leveled coach before. My current coach is 62% and costs 91,000. What do you suggest I do? Hire the 84% him OR Wait for another good coach to come along and deal with the 62% coach and lower wages |

And yes, he is gone. Oh well... Please still answer my question. What is a good coach for my division? I have a 64 right now and I am still winning, so what would you suggest? |

For god's sake don't hire a 85% coach unless:- A) you can afford him without thinking about it. B) have good progression players who can take advantage. Unless you have B) keep it cheap, otherwise he'll eat all the money you have to invest in stadium etc. Same goes for the other staff, keep them cheap until you really have to upgrade them. MY doc's still 67, financial's still 70ish. |
