If you promote a very young player (before the youth coach recommends for promotion), it effects their overall forecast (I want to say it drops by about 15-20 percent. I think @grantis did a post on this.) It may also decrease their progression (they learn more slowly). These effects are irrevocable, and can't be fixed with the psychiatrist. | 25/02/2012 12:35 |
