Hi as far as i remember there was a spread sheet that enabled us to calculate training ( & alternatively progression by working backwards) for the old simulator.Is there anything like that for the new simulator or is golden ball the only option to find out progression? | 26/02/2012 18:36 |

Golden ball thing actually shows how much you've progressed over the past 2 weeks. And no, there's no calculator because the training values haven't been worked out yet because you don't train as fast the higher your average is. |
