*This is something I wrote ages ago, and always copy past for people who ask question about motivation* When you click on a player and look around stats you see motivation of player Motivation of a player determines the willingness of a player,how badly he wants to play for his team. Motivation affects training, so the higher the motivation the better result a player could get from his training. A player put in his right position in line-up would have 106% of motivation If a player is put in line-up but not in his correct position he gets 50% of motivation if in yellow and 20% if in red. If the player is a substitute he gets 81% motivation If the player is in "reserves" he gets 50% When a junior is temporary promoted and his put in senior starting line up and he comes back he gets a boost depending of whether he won being with seniors or not |
