Hi When a junior turns 19 he gets a red "P" and needs to be promoted but how long can he stay as a junior with this red "P".Is it days ,weeks,months ? If he stays in the junior team will his forecast or progression be affected by the amount of time he stays there or is it just his motivation and moral that gets affected and his forecast and progression will remain the same ? Please help if you know anything about this |

Dont know the actual numbers in terms of weeks and all... but ask this question to yourself: ... if you were up for promotion, but your boss keeps on ignoring you... how would u feel? And what if that goes on for weeks or even months. that's a morale buster. I strongly advice against it... sell him instead and make some money. | 01/03/2012 12:00 |

red be u must promote .... yellow u can wait.. so promote him.. everything will be affected if u dont promote |

So I guess progression would take a hit if they stay too long as a junior at 19. Thanks guys |
