 When a new player is generated at a school is there any benefit to keeping them @ the school for an extended period of time rather than bringing them to the junior team? I always just tend to send them to the team right away but I'm wondering if this screws up their development or starting average in any way. 01/03/2012 14:41

 He's trolling. The only thing that a player in a school gains is age. Promote them right away. 01/03/2012 18:02

But in the FAQs, the promotion averages are round figures like 40,50,60,70 etc.
