Thanks So would you have any idea if this includes a quick temp promotion early next season.? I have a junior that I was thinking of waiting and giving two quick temp promotions before giving a full promotion.This would give a fet days at high motivation before full promotion. Is this a good idea or not ? |

To be honest I don't know, I would say that it's not worth the risk for a higher training gain. The player will put that on eventually anyway, and leaving him in the Juniors for an extra week might ruin him. | 02/03/2012 19:04 |

Thanks @Godson I guess what you gain in the swings you loose in the roundabouts (if you know the saying). I will just train till the end of season and promote then rather then run the risk of propping his progression from then on. Thanks again |
