 if i bench my players, will their averages drop?
And will playing low averaged players boost their averages...thanks 		03/03/2012 07:17

 no average drops when you lose games and to higher it, you use psychologist.
If you bench your player it affects motivation
For motivation (I copy pasted this below from something I wrote before):
Motivation of a player determines the willingness of a player,how badly he wants to play for his team. It affects training, so the higher the motivation the better result a player could get from his training.
A player put in his right position in line-up would have 105% of motivation but if in wrong position he get 50% (if in yellow) or 20% (if in red). A substitute gets 80% while a "reserve" gets 50%
When a junior is temporary promoted and his put in senior starting line up he gets 130% of motivation and when he comes back he MAY get a boost of motivation (depends on things like if he won in seniors)

 His overall average will momenterally drop as a result of not playing and low moral but the physic can get him back up. 03/03/2012 07:55
