Hi i have a question about schools. I own three schools, and on two of them i have one player each. Are the averages that are shown in the school stay like that until i promote them to the junior team, or will the players in the schools increase their averages. For example i think i have a player from one if my schools that is average 19, if i keep him in the school will the average 19 rise, or will i have to promote him for the average to rise? | 06/03/2012 01:58 |

Players in schools do not improve in average. However, they will age at the end of the season. So if they are players you want to train promoting them sooner than later is better strategy than letting them age in school. |

I have been tracking promotions of my youths for a bit. Generally they gain between 14 and 18 points when you promote them from a school. Im seeing about 16 points on average. | 07/03/2012 04:49 |
