Yes i had this problem too m y staff doesnt work i give them the order to work and after 24 hours nothiing changes but this was solved i dont know how or when but suddenly my players recovered as 36+ morale and about 32+ fitness and i didnt got a message that they have finished working either but i noticed a massive change in my squad's avr. By the way my phsyo and psycho are 72% and they usually recover around 10-15 pts. So i advice you to wait and every 24 hrs you give them the order to work but be carefull from a financial problem as when they finished working i found my weekly expenses so high than usual so take care and hope for this problem to be solved | 10/03/2012 07:24 |

it is ok now. But i think that the problem was in the weekly salary. I didnt have as much money and it didnt work, althrough, it didnt warn me, that they wont complete job, as it does if i am in red | 10/03/2012 09:37 |

They say that they expects to finish after 24 hours but after the 24 hours nothing change in the player's morale & fitness (it is fixed now ) i also didnt get a message from them that they finished working but when i went to the staff page i see the '' RECOVER '' button is available and so on | 10/03/2012 09:44 |
