go to the stadium tab, scroll to accessories then you'll see the benefits by using the little help ? icon. Just hover your cursor/pointer over that and the details will all be revealed like magic. Didn't notice that help ? icon before, it's almost on every page of SM and now you know. Been there and when I was told, it was a revelation, now I have team that is capable of winning in Div 6  Jokes aside, it's helpful to check it on most pages for a tip or two on what information is available on that page. Just remember accessories require weekly maintenance and are a pre-requisite for div 5 and upwards increasing as you progress. Level 1 for div 5, 2 for div 4, etc. Hope that helps.
