Depends on what position it is mate. Usually if you train "Shots on Goal" your entire midfield and forward lines' finishing improves. For more specialised training, attacking headers should do for CF/LF/RF. "Penalty Shots" also improves finishing for strikers by a small margin. Edited by Ricky_jcr 14-03-2012 07:46 |

Penalty shots are the best for LF/RF finishing skills. Shots on goal helps only help LF/RF, RW/LW, LIM/RIM, RM/LM, about half much as they help CF. Beat markers is the best for LF/RF driving skills. im trying to find the training table, i know the link is somewhere in one of these forums.... | 14/03/2012 21:33 |

Shots on Goal and Attacking Headers are better. But indirectly, Leadership improves free-kicks and penalties, so that does help, if thats what you wanted to say... |

Im mainly basing that off the training table spreadsheet values. I don't have enough LF/RF to train Penalty kicks much, but from I recalled it DID help finishing considerably, not just leadership. I would NOT train Headers simply because it only helps TWO (2) out of the 9 or so I have on my squad and the training value is not high enough to offset the limited positions it benefits. Shots on goal on the other hand is very good because so many positions benefit from that training. |

I think for mids In-depth passing increases finishing, but not by much. Same with Crossing the Ball for Strikers and LM RM. I think Penalty Shots increases Finishing by about 10% of the Leadership increase. I forget though as I've not trained Penalty Shots in awhile. But iirc, I had a RF or LF that saw a Leadership increase of 4.0 and a finishing increase of .4, as an example. |
