are we facing temp promoted motivation problem? http://uk.strikermanager.com/inicio.php?accion=/jugador.php%3Fid_jugador%3D4505789 it used to be 150+ ...its not worth temp promote now. |

I believe the motivation changed to something like + 25% if temp promoted & started in the sr lineup (plus any other modifiers) nd then +50% if they started the last sr game before returning to the jr squad. Ill take it though - six trainings per season at 150% or more seems good. |

my lb played twice with only 134 motivation ... and got 109 if he plays in junior.. so not that big of motivation | 17/03/2012 15:07 |

I guess I've not had any issues. My jrs train at 132% while temp promoted, and 164% for three days (Fri, Sat, Sun) when they return to the junior squad. Two days at 132% and thre days at 164% seems rather good to me. I have two jr OMs training at 164% until Monday's training. I wouldn't rule out an issue though based on how messed up this sim can be. |
