Substitute
I was wondering...
1. if i have an LM in the "substitutes" and one LM in the "playing 11"....in the junior line up......then if i train my midfield, does it train BOTH players? Or only the playing 11?
2. If i put the "Substitute LM" in the position of my GK in the playing 11....then train my midfield....will it train this LM too? Or will it consider it to be a GK,and not train him?

Yes it will train but when you don't put in starting line-up or in right position it affects "motivation" of players (motivation affects training)

*Here is something i wrote for motivation and I copy past it for people who don't know about it*

Motivation of a player determines the willingness of a player, how badly he wants to play for his team. It affects training, so the higher the motivation the better result a player could get from his training.
A player put in his right position in line-up would have 105% of motivation but if in wrong position he get 50% (if in yellow) or 20% (if in red). A substitute gets 80% while a "reserve" gets 50%
When a junior is temporary promoted and his put in senior starting line up he gets 130% of motivation and when he comes back he may get a boost of motivation
For each level of dressing room (In "accessories") 1% is added to motivation of players

Substitute
Thanks a ton mate.
So basically, just to clear it out even further, both the starting line up and the substitue bench train. Though the subs have lower motivation hence lower training.
The player outta position will also train, but with lesser motivation.
Hmmm...
Thanks again!
i have just one more doubt, motivation once dropped can be raised later, right? So if i do play an LM in place of a GK, i can manage to train him..and then raise his motivation later? How?
I'v seen junior squads have only GK in their line ups, how do they do it?
I'm asking all this cause i have a midfield that i want to train but i cant put in enough people there. :/

The senior squads you've probably seen will have one GK in goal(100%) and another 6 GK's(80%) on the bench.

As soon as they play a game their motivation will go back to which ever is appropriate for the position they are playing in.
