Hi, how much max a coach can be? 99 or 100%? Mine is 94%, is it worth to goldenballs it to his max level? does 5% more means really 5% of additional training? (a player training 0.4 ll train then 0.42?) thanks for helping |

Yes it does mean 5% more training, but more importantly it'll probably mean 5% more FC. It's not worth it unless you have high forecast players though. Another thing - don't promote players before they're ready, you really screw them up http://uk.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=268430 |

I didnt think about the FC, right then 5% can really worth the shot thanks for the tip (and i knew for the early promotion but when it's to sell it, a senior have a higher market price than a junior) |
