Yah, coach rating affects forecast. If its junior, theyre supposed to increase each year too. Chris Waddle said: You mean that the forecast can evolve with time, and that depends on how you train your team and your coach percentage |

Junior forecast will only increase if you train hard and at a rate faster than the predicted forecast curve. If you do not train a junior, his forecast will actually decrease from the maximum. |
