Similar to my mid-season post, I hope everyones had a good second half, its been good for me still, promotion to div 4 has come after my second season in div 5  I'm putting my success down to 3 things, the crappy bot teams in my league, the tactics I used, and the continuous expansion of the stadium that provided the monies to improve the squad Anyways hope everyone has had as much fun as me, and bring on the new season! |

Had a great second season here in SM, finished 1st in my league and finished a very close second in the PL. I have turned down every takeover offer for div 5 to stay faithful to my team and allowing them to develop and mature naturally. Looking forward to div 5 next season and improving the team in hopes of making it further in the Striker's Cup and then in the World Cup competition later in the season. 3 seasons in & feel like i'm finally out of the crud  secured promotion to div 3. made the last 16 of the cup, played 2 of the top 10 rated teams. beat one, lost to the other on penalties. somehow managed 3rd in my PL, among very strong competition. cannot wait for next season to start so i can begin the long grind to div 2. |

Ohh I had a great season...Totally unbeaten in Div5/250 league. Scored hell lots of goals and defended crazily only to give away less then 12 goals. I am sure next season will be very tough and i need to rebuild my aging team now...All the best to everyone! | 26/03/2012 20:06 |
