Hi all. I have a few juniors who are eligible for promotion this season. Should I promote them? My Senior team coach is only 80% compared to my junior coach of 90%. Do the players train better on the senior team? Or should I wait til next season to bring them up and have an entire season with a 90% coach? | 29/03/2012 22:55 |
