MATCHDAY 14 On a day when Manchester City took down Manchester United... Club DNI nearly suffered a similar fate. With the game tied 2-2, Club DNI's star player Aguero, found the net to put Club DNI ahead at the end of regulation. This was one of the most dominant goals yet from Aguero and it couldn't have come at a more opportune time. The victory kept Club DNI in 2nd place, in prime position for promotion. The club's manager, Vinny D, shows yet again that his tactical brilliance came through in the clutch. |

Tomorrow's match is critical. It pits the #2 position (Club DNI) against another team in the Top 10 (Lucentino). This will be a tough match, as Club DNI must head into enemy territory to claim the win. I cannot wait. It will be tough to sleep tonight. |

Gentleman: I must say, I am extremely nervous for tomorrow. I have been working on my tactics for the upcoming match for the past hour and it is a very difficult challenge. Many different factors come into play against LUCENTINO FC. It is difficult for one to know where to begin. My eyes and thoughts grow weary with such meticulous planning. Alas, I must continue to push on, although I am quite hungry at the moment. I must do my best to not relinquish my 2nd place position. Club DNI is in control of its own future here and as long as I continue to win matches, I will be assured of the coveted promotion to Division 2. I cannot tell you how much I yearn to be in Division 2. Better income, better squad, better stadium, better everything. That is my ultimate goal. Thus, I must continue to game plan for this coming match. I do not believe it to be easy to walk into my opponent's stadium as a visitor and snatch a win from the palm of his hand. Either way, I know that come 12:45 pm USA Eastern Time I will be logging in live to watch the action. Until then, I am on pins and needles and will not be able to sleep! |

MATCHDAY 15 Good sirs: This was a terrific day for Club DNI. The team turned in an absolutely stunning performance against another team previously in the Top 6 in the group. Club DNI is beginning to set itself apart from the remaining teams, and this Division 3 Group 8 has essentially become a 4 team show at the top. (Either way, the manager is happy because he will place in the Sponsorship bonus money) but more importantly, the coveted promotion into Division 2 awaits. Once again, Club DNI's players were in stellar form, netting 4 goals in an easy win against a team that should have been better. Club DNI went into the visitor's arena and just destroyed the opposition, led by the strong trio of Aguero, Messi and Vincent. An easy home game on Friday awaits, meanwhile... positions 3 & 4 battle it out on Friday, which means one team's hopes will likely be dashed for the remainder of the season. |
