How some player in 3 or 4 league have very good teams (lvl 80+ players - young) and they cost a lot and i am very far from that kind of squad? What is the strategy? Youth couch? Schools? Money - where from? | 30/03/2012 19:17 |

theyve been playing the game for a whole lot longer, and have probably built up schools, had good tactics, become friends with other good people, as well as having that little bit of luck also most have pack manager which means they can search for people with high progressions, to ensure theyre gonna be good when theyre older etc |

Money - where from? Do not invest in youth couch-not a good idea, all your juniors will just want to lounge around all day. Just messing. But really, the way to do that is to buy a pack manager and begin looking for players with 80+ progression and forecast. If not invest in 2 or 3 Excellent youth schools, make sure you have the best coaches possible (always look for better ones), and gradually improve your squads average position by position. I have gone from 35 average to 65 average in 4 seasons without every buying a pack manager. Also, when you make that big signing make sure to give him a large enough salary so he doesn't get hostiled. |

Money - where from? A lot were able to invest in quality players which they then sell for millions of profit. Ex. A 75 ave midfielder was only $25 mill back in nov but now they are triple that. I went the stadium route... Built expensive seats first then used income to get good players. |
