 Because of a weird, counter productive loaning rules, I am training players for Div 4 teams and they cannot return the favor. It makes no sense to me. A higher division team (5-6-7) can get a ton better by being loaned a player from a much stronger division. Example: a div 6 team can have a 60 or 70+ player from a Div 4 or 5 team, which would allow them to dominate their group.

But... A Div 5 team cannot loan a player to a div 4 team for training. I have 2 different juniors, both in mid 20's that I cannot loan to player of whom I am training their players. Either I was taken advantage of by this older managers, or it is a rule that makes sense to no one.

Loaning of juniors should be allowed to all players, since juniors do not determine Senior rosters and their is a limitation on how many senior games they can play.

Will one of the system bots please explain this to me as it seems to be actually implemented in the exact opposite way it should be.

Its based on real life where teams can only loan to same or lower divisions.
Check "Market" forum to see how many managers try and get loan players. If you can sell yourself as a good trainer and have been in the game for awhile and you have good coaches you stand a better chance of getting such a player.
Be careful tho - if your team gets promoted you need to rely on your existing squad to be competitive.
