i been looking for about 2 weeks for a 90+ senior coach not seen better than 85% (i have a 84 now) fed up so gonna train my coach up to 94% just wondered if this maybe a bug last season i played staff roulette - cost me about 8m and i still didnt find any lol not doing that again |

yeah this is proof - i swear i cheacked staff inexcess of 500 times dw i dont plan to be visiting any real life casinos in near future |

unfortunately 2 weeks isn't that long to be looking, especially as you already have 84. every manager in the game sees the same 4 options. it takes a long time to get one in the 90's. you have to be persistent & lucky  |

there is a faq where the following tactic is recomended: 1) check if threre is a 90+ coach available. 2) hire the cheapest coach available rinse repeat- until you get a 90+ coach. Someone told me it costs a few million until you get a 90+ coach, but oviously this is a matter of luck. edit: just realised you mentioned this technique called staff roulette. thanx but after being burnt for 5m at last attempt ;( i wont be trying again lol am now training my 84% coach will cost me 500 gbs to get to 94% then i will be happy i will stick to chat roulette  |
