99% is very rare no one might have found one till date. highest i know ( without using gbs to upgrade ) is 95 % coach. | 01/04/2012 20:48 |

you can ssee the training on the top right of your staff clcik @ that you can do any training , whether course or degree 5 times on each staff max, a course can be done by the game currency and the degree requires 100gbs. the degree gives you +2% on your current coach % and a course give +1% Greetings. |

The ability level of your coach does not decrease your players' forecast... it only effects how fast they will be able to reach that forecast. | 01/04/2012 21:01 |

it does decrease the forcast. when i had a 81 coach it used to display my fav. player as 89 and now my 51 coach displays the same player as 80! | 01/04/2012 21:05 |

you should have bought that 89 coach... and then GB upgrade him to 99... thats how everyone does it. |
