I know I'll get flack for this but this is my opinion: Farming should be banned. Having a jr. team full of GK's or just Midfielders is ridiculous and is just unrealistic. Unfortunately the way the game is designed managers are encouraged to do this in order to maximize training. However, now there is a contradiction because the new rules state that you can't lose on purpose. Well, how can a team full of Midfielders possibly win (some people set up their formation 0-7-2)? Perhaps they do still win but the sentiment is still the same. If you ask me, the game would be more interesting if there was a more sophisticated way to manager the junior team. How about a under-19 striker cup for example? Or perhaps we should have 3 trainers (one for defence, one for midfielders and one for forwards)? Cheers, Finnigan |

I agree with Finnigan on this. It's should be changed, but so should the training, i.e. assign a training schedule to a player rather than to all players. Training should increase a players ability, but if he plays a match (in his correct position) then it should increase a lot more. But I think the coding change would be a lot easier to implement than getting SM users to agree |

It's already happening, you put player in wrong position, motivation decreases and it affects training Koppington said: It's should be changed, but so should the training, i.e. assign a training schedule to a player rather than to all players. This is one of the main reasons I ran away from some other managing game.....too much headaches |

I usually have a lot of empty parking space around my stadium... I think it can be better utilized. I can grow wheat there, also install a distillery and sell wheat vodka during the games. I bet it will bring more crowds. win-win. |

When people suggested merchandise shop, out was making sense. Now you guys wanna start farming!!! I'm few days you'll suggest to let homeless people live in the stadium for a small rent. For the love of game it is a football manager game not cityville/farmville |
