use golden balls to increase him from an 85% to a 95%. the salary stays at the 85% level but you end up with 95% coach. you get a 2% increase with 100 GB investment. 09/05/2012 16:08

the only problem with that is that you can only increase your coach 10%. This is why people play roulette and try to find 89+ and then top him up.

costed me 4M in total to find a 90% senior coach and a 90% junior coach!!!

..thought it was expensive but looks like I got lucky..

after all, 4 M to transfer 2 good coaches is not that expensive.. now upgrading them will cost me an arm and an eye!!

Does the rating of my current coach affect the rating of the coach that I can see? If not then I'm struggling to see why playing roulette would benefit me.

Surely just checking regularly would let me see the same staff, instead of hiring & firing all the time?

No we all see the same ones . indeed just checking can do the same thing. The hire fire method is if you really really want to get that guy today(and even that's not certain). I've heard of people spending 14-20m doing it.

Ok, I get it now. So hiring someone new off the list refreshes the list, so a new coach is visible. 29/05/2012 10:21

I just spent about £1m upgrading my coach from 77% to 90%. That'll do me for the moment 29/05/2012 10:25
