Stamina cannot be increased by the staff... the only way to improve stamina is to rest your players. They will recover something like 15 stamina points per day if they don't play. Their fitness levels (which can be improved by the physio) will cause them to gain or lose stamina more quickly. | 15/04/2012 02:12 |

They improve 1 point for every 10 points of fitness (so 10 each day if fitness is 99). |
