 I've read a bunch and know that the coach and junior coach are by far the most important positions and clearly you want as good as you can get here.

But what about the other positions? I've read some things saying you should have the cheapest and just keep putting them to work to keep up Fitness, Morale, Stamina and injuries. I also read you can hire a good financier at the beginning of the season and get your new contracts and then replace with a cheaper one.

Are these good strategies? Anyone care to share what they do with their staff?

 im in div 4 so fairly inexperienced

i too from reading up have gleened the same info as u

now i have 88% senior and 98% junior - i am degree coursing the senior upto 94% (he was 84)

my finance manager is 92% - i didnt know people were sacking theirs after intial contracts done

imo this wont work as u would lose income on advertising boards through out season + paying 2 weeks compensation then u have the risk / hassle of finding a good finance manager end of the season

12 weeks x 300k saved staff wage = 3.6m potential saving

- 600k compensation and the lost ad revenue from boards say at least 1m

in short u could maybe save 1 or 2m but maybe imo it wont save a penny


the other staff yeah i also have 3 ball staff - they handle moral effectively

coach, youth coach only if you have good prog players otherwise .001 becomes .002.

doctor cheap as humanly pos, if the new sim comes in with longer than 1 week injuries then big doc.

Scout and coach sec just get quicker and return more players when you upgrade.

Financier..... I have 72, never changed him, not sure if the money you pay makes that much diff. 		20/04/2012 21:36
