 1% for a course, 2% for a degree maximum of 5 courses or degrees. Don't do it unless you have an 87-89% coach. 21/04/2012 19:40

 If you go to the staff page there's a button called training in the top right. It allows you to train your staff. Most you can add is 10% by using 5 degree's which cost 100gb's each. Or you can add a course(which costs money) that adds 1% to your staff members ability. You can use a mixture of the two, but do no more that 5. So 2 course +3 degrees would add 8% to that staff member. However if your staff member is only 50% it makes more sense to hire a new better staff member and wait until you have a staff memeber who is 89%, thus 5 degrees will take him to 99%. 21/04/2012 20:08
