You only build new standing areas. All the others are upgrades, standing to general, general to pro, pro to VIP. So you'll lose the first lot and gain the second lot. Hence to build 1 set of VIP seats takes 4 weeks as you have to build new standing section and then spend 3 weeks upgrading it all the way to VIP. | 24/04/2012 10:50 |

Only build vip and pro in the middle of your stadium(tier 1). tier2 costs more to build on than tier 1. tier3 cost more than tier 2 | 24/04/2012 12:38 |

If by tier 0 you mean the areas immediately behind the goal, then yes. Otherwise I haven't a clue what you're talking about  |
