@grantis, are you sure that it differs? In my opinion it doesnt change as we all buy players for their forecast that doesnt change when we buy them , and i dont think that we are all the same average of junior coachs , isnt it? Edited by Ozil.striker 24-04-2012 18:27 |

All is about coach quality now ....if we bought high forecast junior from the big manager who have high quality coach...that player will become nothing for us(newbie)..bcoz we dont have +90% coach..its very very difficult to find high quality coach ..am I right? | 24/04/2012 18:32 |

I found one while i were searching but he was About 500 or 600k a week , and that's a cost that i couldnt manage |

He won't become nothing. If your coach is 20% then he won't be great, but there's no reason you can't get a 80+ coach through luck. You just need to check a lot(or play staff roulette). We all see the same staff, when one is hired a new one appears. Could be 99, could be 1. |
