But the main problem is how to get a good one even when everybody is searching for same and also don't spend too much time on it. I present you the best technique of getting good Doc (or any other staff for that matter) without wasting millions.

Step 1 : Join General Chat
Step 2 : Search for a stupid manager or any manager who is also looking for a good Doc. (hereby called RJV)
Step 3 : Privately message your friends to follow your lead.
Step 4 : Tell RJV that you have use hire/fire technique to get a real good Doc. Also make sure your friends also do the same.
Step 5 : RJV will start using this technique and because of his efforts, the hire screen guys will change for everybody.
Step 6 : Keep on refreshing your page and motivating RJV to go further untill you get you desired coach.
