If you play 0 effort. then all your players will lose about 5 stamina in your next game. Then all your players will gain back 10 stamina tonight. Net gain of about 5 stamina for every player. If you play 50% effort then all your players will lose around 12-15 stamina and gain back 10. net loss of 2-5 stamina on every player that plays. You need to decide how you want to do it. |
