Rule 7 - Misrepresentation.

7) Intentional deceit in trade or misrepresentation of player's progression, forecast or market value is against the rules. This includes, but is not limited to: image manipulation, renaming players, misrepresenting player abilities, or grossly misrepresenting a player’s value. Misleading other players can result in immediate expulsion from the game.


If you say a player has a specific forecast (FC), you better be able to prove it.

If a purchaser claims, and can show that he has a lower FC than advertised FC by using his GB and making the FC viewable...and the FC you advertised doesn't bear out (taking relative coach% into account), I swear I will not be light with punishment.

--- You can easily be fined double or more of the profit made, docked league points, or other probably worse punishments for doing this.

If you argue "well it was close" or "I was estimating" then you are in a gray area, and I won't be hearing it. DON'T DO IT.

 TEAM SELL OFFS (RULE 8 from game rules) - Policy

Rule 8 - Part of this rule is that you cannot sell your team down to less than 11 players.

If you are selling so many players that you can potentially forfeit, then you will be retained immediately until full explanation of the sale is obtained.


Note:
If one of your players gets hostiled by a person selling off a team in this manner, notify an @ immediately, and DO NOT PRESS "Sell Now"

Note 2 : You can´t buy or sell by transfer agreement, direct purchase or hostile clause from people who are quitting.

 Addition to Rule 7 - Misrepresentation.

Please go ahead and report an intentional false advertising nickname, we will still punish users attempting this kind of cheating.

BUT....

Grace period is now over, you have been now OFFICIALLY warned, you will not be compensated for any player bought based purely on trusting a nickname.
Use a GB search+ to ensure the player is high progression or ask the seller to show the forecast or monitor the players training for a few days. 		03/06/2012 19:33

 Rules for Advertising Players

Advertising players is reserved only market forum, your division/group forum, and your PL forum only.

Advertising your players in other groups is forbidden and will be punished in all of the standard ways.

Although it is not specifically mentioned above. No players in Striker News. - Grantis Edit

 Policy on renaming in-game objects (teams/players/stadiums/fans)

All renamed objects must have at least 3 characters.

Team names less than five symbols long should contain at least one alphanumeric character.

In-game object should not be renamed in a manner generally considered offensive.

In game objects renamed in violation of these policies (as judged by an @fiscal) are subject to be reset at any time, without warning.

Repeated can result in formal warnings, followed by retainment, or expulsion.

As a courtesy, please avoid intentionally renaming teams as a means to disguise, hide, or deceive other players.

I will like to draw attention of all the managers. Posting threads asking for Gbs is strictly prohibited in the forums. If you think a manager is ready to help you out please contact him directly via messages or pvt chat.

 Rule 9 - ROUND TRIP Transfers

9) You are not allowed to help others to excess. Doing so may result in immediate expulsion from the game for both the person providing excess aid and the person receiving it. This includes, but is not limited to: "RoundTrip" or Cash-Loan transfers (Buy player, sell back soon afterwards as a means to loan cash/players)
