The fitness of my senior team reduce drastically after each match.Sometimes it reduces to as low as 40.Where as their effort,play,and d rest ar all at 60.What should i do pls 07/05/2012 13:08

Your players are tired (low stamina). You need to rest them. Thats thea only thing that willa help. It looks like their fitness levels are at 99 so they'll gain 10 points of stamina each night. 07/05/2012 13:11

What sabrefan says is true - resting your players will bring their stamina back up. I would recommend using less effort in games to allow for less energy to be used up, or use substitutes more often to spread out the use of energy. It takes time to recover stamina so you would have to work on it for a week or two to bring them back to 99. 07/05/2012 16:07
