Sorry for my lack of knowledge about valuation strategy followed by fiscals My only question is about standard price or fair price we are taking here. Yeah u would normally take fair price as market price but the basic rule in finance is not to take it as base when market is in bullish trend. taking the example of gunner gave, would we be taking that 78m as fair price always or 20% less than that amount? |

Fair Price = Recent Auction Price ( we do allow % leeway either side) Exception: High forecast players (90+), this price is an exception and can be allowed to run quite high and is looked at case by case from a fiscal point of view if bombed. |
