I'm very disappointed about this company, I had completed an offer to get the "free" GB as I've always done in the past. I kept looking for the company to give me my credit and nothing. I tried submitted a help request and created a ticket. I got a response saying that I didn't complete the offer, I showed proof that I completed the offer and sent the screenshots of my payments and the status of my account where I signed up for the offer. They finally agreed that I completed the offer but that it would take "a couple" of days to do further research and that I should be patient. It's been over 3.5 weeks since and so far I still haven't receive my credit and I don't know where to go... Any kind suggestions? Thanks! |

It's a third party therefore it's between you and that company. I had a similar run in a few seasons back and decided to just spend a few bucks and get some GB's from SM to help support the community rather than giving out personal info to who knows where. | 10/05/2012 13:36 |
