Who has the best average/potentially/schools in both private leagues?

This award will go to the team with not only the highest average juniors, but potentially also as in forecasts and quality of schools. There are a few managers that have great quality of junior players and those are the ones who will be part of the voting. Legia Warszawa- With seven GKers over 90+ Forecast, this team by far has the most potential. The team only trains GKers, but thankfully this isn't a average contest and better team, but more potentially wise and how much money you will get eventually from all the players. The team has a few players who are not 90+ FC but will bring in money in the near future. Legia's motto "Only 90+ FC GKers by next season" is a short summary of how the team respects good juniors to help lead a better team in the future. You know good things happen to those who wait! Don't get me wrong, fenomeno99 has many players 70-80 FC which will take time to develop, but are much more affordable. Fenomeno99 has a junior squad that will supply him with great defenders and a bunch of money in the future as he has 14 defenders, 9 of which are 15 and younger. He is a very thoughtful and caring manager as not only does he take in his own players, but he trains other peoples players without asking for much. He is the true competitor and great person. Sometimes, here is one of them) PkS GROM- While he has no juniors 90+ FC, he has great juniors....don't get me wrong. Pretty much all his players are 70-80 FC and he has a bunch of junior defenders (15 to be exact) He also has two pretty good junior GKers who train on a regular basis. He'll kill me if I don't mention one of his GKers) Those are the main junior teams in our private leagues.... I'm sure there will be more with our upcoming school laws. Acknowledged Teams- RSC-A (quality players for future) Halsteren (mid progression players) Lightning FC (just a little more work needed) Voting will be open to everybody from any league. |
