I had read before that you can increase your staff by 10 points, 5 points by gold balls and 5 points from your income. Is that not the case anymore, cause i did the gold balls and now the option is not there anymore? | 12/05/2012 02:37 |

He probably hasn't finished his degree, takes nearly a week and a half to finish. 5 courses/degrees in total. The first 3 can be either degrees or courses the last two have to be degrees. @cellog's got it a little wrong there. |
