Hi I remodeled the stadium to add standing seats, yet standing seats are changed to general seats (standing seats and general seats should be 18000, yet each of them are 6000 and 24000). Because of this my next income will be messed. In addition, the system says that I don't have enough money to remodel the stadium even though I am not. |

I believe that an error message showing I don't have enough money to build standing seat is due to the error that happened before. (As I said in addition I can't click standing in block 8) |

It's not a bug that's ever happened to anyone else before, so it must have been a little bit of user error. You must have clicked on the standing seats and upgraded them. | 16/05/2012 11:39 |

I guess you misunderstood what I just said. I clicked on standing seats and what remodelled was general seats. Although I am not sure if it is due to similar error, when I click on standing seats and remodel, an error message " I don't have enough money to remodel" shows up. If this message doesn't pop up, I would just believe that it was my mistake. But, with that message, I doubt if it is an error. |

Still not quite sure I understand what's happening but. You need to click in the blank spaces to build standing seats, if you click on an already built standing section it will try to upgrade to general. i.e. you lose the standing and gain general seats instead. If you click on more that one section it'll try to remodel two sections at the same time. So if you click one blank and one standing, after the two week build is up you'll have a net gain of one general section(one standing built from scratch, one standing upgraded to general, one standing section lost when it's converted to general). Does that help? |

Does that help? Thanks for your response. I use mobile version. If my memory is correct, I used to add standing seats clicking on standing, and it worked before. But now it doesn't... What should I do? Should I remodel the stadium with the expense of game income? Or should I wait till the staff fix this problem? |

I've not remodeled on the mobile version before. I'm sure someone will post about how you do it on the mobile soon. But it does sound to me like you've upgraded standing to general. On PC version if I click on a standing section it upgrades to general. To get a new standing section you have to click in blank section. | 16/05/2012 12:53 |

That might be because it is impossible to click on blank in mobile version. Instead, I can click standing, general, pro, vip. So, if it was not systemical error it is unlikely for me to make a mistake you mentioned. The problem is that the next game is a home game, while my seats and ticket prices are messed up. Is there any way to contact a technical staff about this? And what do you suggest to solve this problem? |
