My question is for someone with knowledge of how the system offers staff members for hiring: If I fire my (hypothetical) 94 percent youth coach, and then start playing staff roulette, will that same coach ever become available for me to re-hire? And if so, would his training be reset, or does the system remember trainings that specific users give to specific staff members? I've maxed out his training, and would like to find him or someone similar to get all of the way to 99 percent. Thanks |

The same coach won't be available to you, you will just play roulette like anyone else who started with a 70-80-90 coach. I dont think the trainings are saved. if you got a 84 coach, trained him to 94, and thinking about firing him then hiring him at 94% to be able to train him to 99% (or have the system store the trainings so that he automatically becomes 99% when you hire him with the stored trainings) then the answer is no, that will not happen.
