Hi!! i have a new young player 14/28 ( centre right back ) with prev 86 but he doesn't want to know to do any coaching (difensive coaching ) and so he doesen't improve.... why????? thank u greetings |

The player has 0% motivation. he probably just joined your squad and did not take part in a game. Put him in the squad or on the bench perhaps that will help. If you look at the formula for training you note that motivation plays a role and without it you receive no training for a particular player. Training result = motivation x training effect(on position) x progression(of player) x junior coaching % Hope that helps explain things a little bit. Goodluck  |
