I have seen 2 yellow cards issued in a game, and occasionally a red card. I've seen no more than 2 players sent off for fouls and that's happened once. Just curious if this is a coincidence or a pattern, anybody have more than 2 players sent off in a match? I'm fighting the offside tactic but it must be said I hate when a defender comes back to hack me down from behind, I earn a freekick and no cards are issued. Then due to the "stupid" freekick situation my players pass the ball backwards and that hard earned opportunity is wasted. Curious to find out about other people's experiences. Edited by Sir A. cards, and injuries, i believe are totally on probability. as for the freekicks, they pass back only if there is no forward unmarked.. if there is even a single unmarked player, pass goes to him.. or so, again, i believe.. |

If only that were true. I've had numerous occasions were players were wide open and onside and yet no pass. I've had situations in which my balanced formation allowed players to keep the shape whereas the opponent would try and surround the ball a tactic used greatly in SM and yet from a clear freekick the ball is passed backward and the opportunity lost. whether this is due to skill level or attributes level I don't know, more information from other's experience is really what I'm after here. Thanks for the information sanyam |

The freekick will also depend on your play setting, if it's short passing and the wide open player is too far away he'll never get it, the pass will always go to a closer player, or to nobody if nobody is close enough. | 06/06/2012 20:46 |

Higher the experience of the player the less likely he is to get a card also. As godson said if you're playing too short a pass the player can't find a person to pass to and just passes it anywhere. |
